Karkalo ko Rolls

4 karkalo leaves
Soaked and ground black lentil paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying (optional)

Mix lentil paste, turmeric, ginger paste and coriander leaves together.
Apply the mixture in the karkalo leaf in even amounts.?
Roll the leaf carefully.
Take a momo making utensil, apply adequate amount of oil and steam the roll for about 15 minutes.
After it is steamed, take it out and cut it into required pieces.
You can serve the steamed rolls with nun khursani timmur
Or you can deep fry the steamed pieces and serve hot with ketchup.


Egg Meat Chop

4 boiled eggs
200 gm fine minced chicken meat
1 fine chopped onion of medium size
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 tsp zeera powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 pinch hing
1/3 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil for deep frying

Mix onion, coriander, zeera, garlic paste, hing, garam masala with minced meat
Mix the ingredients well
Take some mixture and start covering the boiled eggs
Cover all the egg with the required amount of mince mixture
Deep fry the chop until it turns golden brown
Cut it vertically in two halves
Serve hot with mint chutney
